Review: Die Toten Hosen, Hallenstadion Zurich 2012

I’ve seen a lot of band getting lost within the huge Hallenstadion, especially if the gig isn’t sold out. Thence it was nice to see the the Hosen sold out the place in a couple of weeks, selling all the 13’000 tickets. And the band didn’t disappoint. From the beginning, the band connected with the audience, which is nothing special for the Hosen… after all, they are doing it now for over 30 years. I haven’t seen them live now for a couple of years, but the haven’t lost a single step.. still improvising during the songs.. getting a fan on stage to sing the second verse or Campino walking / climbing up to the seats during one encore. The setlist was very well balanced and even the Ärzte-Song Schrei nach Liebe was played. A great evening with a great band who doesn’t seems to get tired. See you next time! 🙂

Also check out the official photos by the Hosen at Sorry about the bad quality.. only got my mobile with me. Anyone know how to get a press card? 🙂
